It is IOSH’s view that it is best practice for ‘Managing Safely’ certificate holders to renew their learning within a three year period. 

This online refresher course provides delegates with the latest best practice and legislation changes to ensure that their knowledge and best practice is completely up to date.

Delegates who successfully complete the online assessment at the end of this course are awarded a new IOSH certificate in ‘Managing Safely’ which is valid for three years.

 Pre-requisites

Before a new ‘Managing Safely’ certificate can be awarded you must provide proof of eligibility by sending a scanned copy of your original certificate (or certificate number & date) to: tc@solutions4business.org.

This course has eight interactive modules including video introductions and online tutor, six modules are mandatory and two are optional:

Module 2 - Risk Assessment

Module 3 - Risk Control

Module 4 – Your Responsibilities as a Manager

Module 5 - Identifying Hazards (Optional)

Module 6 - Investigating Accidents and Incidents

Module 7 – Measuring Performance

Module 8 - Protecting our Environment (Optional)
