This online Manual Handling awareness course covers the basics of lifting and lowering loads, as well as pushing and pulling trolleys and other mechanical aids.

The content also covers basic guidelines on the posture for lifting as well as the guidelines on maximum weights.

On successful completion of the final assessment learners print their Manual Handling certificate directly from the computer.

This certificate is fully recognised by Environmental Health Officers.

The audio visual, interactive animation delivers the course in an interesting and refreshing format that learners will find engaging.

 It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete and progress can be saved, enabling you to return to it later and start where you left off.

You can access the course as many times as you like within a year.
