The Health & Safety Executive advise that there is a legal obligation to provide information and training on health & safety to all employees who need it, including new starters and part time employees.

This online health and safety course offers an in-depth and accessible guide of the responsibilities for employers and employees at work.

The course meets the criteria for the Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace and is aimed at large or small businesses and individual users. It is designed to be used by everyone in the workplace.

After successfully completing the assessment at the end, you are able to download a full set of course notes. These can be saved to your computer or printed out. They contain the key points from the course content and are useful as a quick reference guide.

Successful candidates can print their certificate directly from the computer. This certificate is fully recognised by Environmental Health Officers and is valid for three years.
